Michael Ashley
General Manager
Originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, Michael Ashley brings 29 years of restaurant industry experience to his role as General Manager at Tap House Social. His career began in the kitchen, where he spent many years as a Chef before transitioning to Front of House management a decade ago. Since joining FMK three months ago, Michael has worked at both Bluefin and now Tap House Social, where he first came on board as a Front of House Manager.
Michael enjoys the family-like environment and the high standards that FMK sets for its team. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated family man who loves spending time with his wife and children. A passionate sports fan, Michael brings his enthusiasm to Tap House Social—cheering loudest for his hometown team, the Boston Celtics.


Timothy Mishler
Culinary Manager
Timothy Mishler serves as Culinary Manager at Tap House Social, where he is responsible for upholding FMK’s kitchen standards, mentoring team members, and ensuring every dish is executed with consistency, quality, and timeliness. He is passionate about building a strong, high-performing kitchen team and is especially excited to grow alongside his staff in pursuit of creating one of the best kitchens within FMK.
Originally born in Miami and raised in the Fort McCoy area, Timothy was drawn to The Villages for its laid-back, down-home atmosphere that reminds him of where he grew up. He chose to join FMK for its strong reputation and the opportunity to work alongside like-minded professionals who share his commitment to excellence and community.
Timothy believes deeply in FMK’s connection to the community, seeing it as a key reason both employees and guests feel at home. Looking ahead, his long-term goal is to open and manage his own restaurant. In the meantime, he takes pride in treating every plate as if it were being served to his own family.
Outside of the kitchen, Timothy enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending as much time outdoors as possible—preferably far from the city.
